Deposits + Cancellations + Rescheduling

Hair color appointments require a $50 deposit upon booking. This deposit will taken off your service total the day of your appointment. If appointment is cancelled 24 or more hours before the appointment time, the deposit will be refunded. If cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time or a no show, the deposit will be lost and a new deposit will be required to rebook. If you are 15+ mins late your appointment will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. If appointment is rescheduled 24+ hours before the original appointment, the deposit will transfer to the new appointment date. If I have to reschedule your appointment, your deposit will transfer to the new appointment. If a new appointment can’t be made, your deposit will be refunded to your card. Providing enough time to spoil my clients is a pleasure. I value this time we share in my chair, and everyone’s time is valuable.

Health

I will cancel my appointments for the day if I am feeling ill. Please do the same if you feel unwell! I know you might have booked your appointment for the perfect day, many moons ago, but if you are not feeling well, please stay home. Please know I will do everything I can to get you back in my chair if you need to be rescheduled. Your deposit for color appointments will be moved to the new appointment if changes are made 24 hours before the original appointment.

ALSO! Wearing Masks… I am more than happy to wear and supply a mask for anyone who feels more comfortable with them on. Please don’t request a masked appointment because you are sick. Please stay home.

Please reschedule your appointment if you or someone close to you has lice. Contact The Lice Sisters for help.

Online Scheduling

You will receive a confirmation email shortly after booking your appointment. If you do not get the email, please do not assume the time has been set aside! Check your spam folder in case it slipped by. If no Confirmation was received, email me asap so I can resolve the problem and make sure you get the appointment you want. My time is on a first come first serve basis, I don’t want anyone to miss their first choice opportunity.

Consultations

Not sure which appointment to book? Schedule a complimentary consultation (in-person or video). We’ll discuss your goals—everyday refresh or a big change, even wedding plans—and plan the right appointment.

Service Guarantee

I will make every attempt to ensure you are satisfied with your hair and entire experience with me. In the event you are not completely satisfied, please let me know the day of the appointment or within 48 hours of your services.

Redo + Refunds

All services are non-refundable and I will more than happy to provide a corrective service free of charge.

It’s important to contact me As Soon As Possible to schedule corrective services. No corrective services will be preformed after 10 days of the initial appointment. Nor corrective services will be preformed if you changed your mind after the appointment, or if Anyone Else altered the work since the initial appointment.

Right to Refuse Service

I have the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior anytime in person or online.

I currently DO NOT PROVIDE short fade haircuts, full bleach outs, vivid colors, Keratin treatments, or Extensions.

  • My Salon Suite #409

    Ferndale, MI 48220

    The building is on the corner of Troy and Allen St. A block west of Woodward, just south of 9 mile road. The building has 4 floors of public parking. You can pay for parking at the kiosks inside the structure, or on the Park Ferndale App. Pay BEFORE to avoid a ticket!

    The door to the suites is on the West End of the building at the bottom of the stairs.

  • Book a quick cut! Want a Shampoo and conditioner rinse? Need scalp attention? A beard trim too? Book a full haircut for more time.

  • This is a tune up for already existing customers. Quick fixes that can get you by. Like trimming your bangs or fringe around your face, or dusting the top layers to get you through until your next full appointment. The hair will not be shampooed for this service, dry cutting only. I will not be cutting the whole head!

  • That’s okay! I’m here to help. Shoot me an email and we can discuss it further. Or book a consultation for a more accurate explanation.

  • My clients start at around 12 years old. There is no lower pricing for haircuts on people based on age.

  • I accept Debit and Credit Cards and Venmo. BUT $ CASH $ IS ALWAYS PREFERRED.

  • That’s right! Consider it built into the price, generosity is always appreciated, NEVER EXPECTED. Skipping the tip does not devalue you as a client to me, ever! Period!
